• Is obscene, patently offensive, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• Contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter;
• Involves transmission of “junk mail” or “chain letters” or unsolicited mass mailing;
• Promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
• Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
• Violates the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any other person;
• Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; or
• Involves commercial activities and/or sales without our poor written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, and solicitation of donations, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.

• Advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the Site. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. Although DP cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect Members from such advertising or solicitation, DP reserves the right to restrict the number of emails that a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number that DP deems appropriate in its sole discretion;
• Any automated use of the system;
• Attempting to impersonate another User or person;
• Using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
• Selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
• Covering or obscuring the banner of advertisements on Forums, or any DP page via HTML/CSS or any other means; or
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating and undue burden on the site o the networks or services connected to the Site.

You may not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses. All information you include in your profile must be accurate, current and complete.

• Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the copyright work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be remove or access to which is to be disables, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, and electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive tight that is allegedly infringed.

• Information you provide. DP may collect and store any personal information you enter on our website or provide to us in some other manner. This includes identifying information, such as your name , address, e-mail address, and telephone number, and, if you transact business with us, financial information such as your payments method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). DP also may request information about your interests and activities, your gender and age, and other demographic information such as your hometown, your gender or your username.
• Information from other sources. DP may also periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about members from other IAC businesses, business partners, contractors and other third parties and add it to our account information or other information we have collected. Examples of information that DP may receive include: updated address information, purchase history, and additional demographic information.
• Information about others.  DP may also collect and store personal information about other people that you provide to us. If you use our website to send others (friends, relatives, colleagues, etc.) contact information, we may store your personal information, and the personal information of each such recipient.

• Information collected automatically. DP automatically collects information from your browser when you visit our website; this information includes your IP address, your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously affected from us (see “Cookies” below), and the referring website address.
• Cookies. When you visit our website, DP may assign your computer one or more cookies, to facilitate access to our site and to personalize your online experience. Through the use of a cookie, DP may also automatically collect information about your online activity on our site, such as the web pages you visit, the links you click, and the searches you conduct on our site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, please note that you may not be able to sign in or use some of the interactive features offered on our websites.
• Other techniques.  DP may use standard internet technology, such as web beacons ad other similar technologies, to track your use of our site. We also may include web beacons in advertisements or promotional or other e-mail messages o to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. The information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize the services DP offers our website visitors to deliver targeted advertisements and measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, programming or other activities.
• Information collected by third-parties.  DP may allow third-parties, including our authorized services providers, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements on our site. These companies may use tracking techniques, such as cookies, to collect information about users who view or interact with the advertisements. Our website does not provide any personal information to these third parties. This information allows them to deliver targeted advertisements and gauges their effectiveness. Some of these third-party advertising companies may be advertising networks that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, which offers a single location to opt out of ad targeting from member companies. • Deliver the products and or services that you have requested;
• Manage your account and provide you with customer support;
• Perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, serves or content offered by others;
• Communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about products or services that may be of interest to you either from us, our sister IAC companies to other third parties;
• Develop and display content and advertising tailored to your interests on our site and other sites;
• Verify your eligibility and deliver any prizes in connection with any contests and sweepstakes we may offer;
• Enforce our terms and conditions;
• Manage our business and;
• Perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

• Authorized service providers: DP may share your personal information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through our website. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
• Business partners: When you make purchases or engage in promotions offered through our website or our services, we may share personal information with the businesses with which we partner to offer you those products, services, promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes. When you elect to engage in a particular merchant's offer or program, you authorize us to provide your email address and other information to that merchant. We will always provide you with the opportunity not to share information with these businesses.
• Direct mail partners: From time to time DP may share our postal mailing list with selected providers of goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive mailings from these providers, you can notify us at any time by contacting your account manager (bottom).

• In connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.

• You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website because such information may be required in order for you to register as a member; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions on our website.
• At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by visiting the "Account Settings" page associated with your account. When you register on our website, you will be given a choice as to whether you want to receive e-mail messages about special offers. You may modify your choice during registration on the registration page, or later by visiting the "Account Settings" page associated with your account. You also will be given the opportunity, in any commercial e-mail that we send to you, to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. If DP has already provided your information to a third party (such as a service provider) before you have changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change you preferences directly with that third party.
• You may tell us not to share your personal information with third parties or other contacting us via email.
• In certain places on our site we may ask for your phone number. In those places where we ask for your phone number, we will always tell you how your phone number will be used – either to provide you a service you requested from us or to call you to inform you about one of our products in which you have expressed an interest. We will not call you for marketing purposes unless you provide us your phone number specifically to receive such calls. If you have previously provided us your phone number but no longer wish to be contacted by phone by us, you can visit the "Account Settings" page associated with your account to let us know your wishes. Under our Do Not Call policy you may instruct us not to call you for marketing purposes by informing anyone who contacts you by phone in our behalf that you do not wish to receive marketing calls from us. You can also instruct us at any time not to call you for marketing purposes by informing us by email. We will implement your instructions as soon as possible, and in no event later than 30 days after receiving your instructions. DP has policies and procedures in place and trains our employees to honor your request. Please note that DP may still need to call you for servicing or other non-marketing purposes.
